【摘要】:Byuseofstandardorreferencegradematerialsforanytwoofthethreecomponents,namely,oxygenatedsolvent,diluent,orcellulosenitrate,theeffectofdifferentbatchesordifferenttypesofthethirdcomponentcanbedetermined.Thistestmethodisapplicableforthedeterminationofthefollowing:4.2.1Thedilutionratiooftolueneasthestandarddiluenttoanoxygenatedsolventundertest,usingasthesolutestandardcellulosenitrateasdefinedin5.2.4.2.2Thedilutionratioofahydrocarbondiluentundertestton-butylacetateasthestandardsolvent,usingasasolutestandardcellulosenitrateasdefinedin5.2.4.2.3Thedilutionratiooftoluene,asthestandarddiluent,ton-butylacetateasthestandardsolvent,usingasthesolutecellulosenitrateofvaryingsolubilitycharacteristics.Theinformationdevelopedthroughthistestmaybeusefulintheformulationofcellulose-basedlacquersandadhesives.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthevolumeratioofhydrocarbondiluenttoactivesolventrequiredtocausepersistentheterogeneity(precipitation)inasolutionofcellulosenitrate.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthisstandard;forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisstandard,anobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedoff"tothenearestunit"inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection6.1.5Forhazardinformationandguidance,seethesupplier'sMaterialSafetyDataSheet.
