【摘要】:ThispartofISO6887specifiesrulesforthepreparationofmeatandmeatproductsamplesandtheirsuspensionformicrobiologicalexaminationwhenthesamplesrequireadifferentpreparationfromthemethoddescribedinISO6887-1.ISO6887-1definesthegeneralrulesforthepreparationoftheinitialsuspensionanddecimaldilutionsformicrobiologicalexamination.ThispartofISO6887onlydescribesmethodsofpreparationthatareapplicabletoseveralmicroorganismssimultaneously.Itexcludesthepreparationsthatonlyapplytothedetectionand/orenumerationofasinglemicroorganismwherethemethodofpreparationisdescribedintherelevantInternationalStandardconcerningthatmicroorganism.ThispartofISO6887isapplicabletothefollowingfresh,rawandprocessedmeatsandpoultryandtheirproducts:—refrigeratedorfrozen;—curedorfermented;—mincedorcomminuted;—delicatessenmeats;—pre-cookedmealsorpoultrybasedmeals;—driedandsmokedmeatsatvariousdegreesofdehydration;—concentratedmeatextracts.ThispartofISO6887isnotapplicabletothefollowingproductswhosemicrobiologicalexaminationisdescribedinotherInternationalStandards:—cannedproducts;—otherproducts(seeISO6887-4).NOTE1MilkandmilkproductsaredealtwithinISO8261.NOTE2Themeatfromwildanimals(fromgameslaughteringorgameshooting)canbeanalysedfollowingtheapplicabletechniquesdescribedhereforsimilarproducts.
