【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardistobeusedtogetherwithPart1andPart3andassuchtheyspecifygeneralconditions,requirementsandmethodstopreventhazardsofcranesbydesignandtheoreticalverification.Part3isonlyatpre-draftingstage;theuseofParts1and2isnotconditionaltothepublicationofPart3.NOTESpecificrequirementsforparticulartypesofcranearegivenintheappropriateEuropeanStandardfortheparticularcranetype.Thefollowingisalistofsignificanthazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsthatcouldresultinriskstopersonsduringnormaluseandforeseeablemisuse.Clause4ofthisstandardisnecessarytoreduceoreliminatetherisksassociatedwiththefollowinghazards:a)Rigidbodyinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(tiltingandshifting).b)Exceedingthelimitsofstrength(yield,ultimate,fatigue).c)Elasticinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(buckling,bulging).d)Exceedingtemperaturelimitsofmaterialorcomponents.e)Exceedingthedeformationlimits.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocraneswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandardandservesasreferencebasefortheEuropeanStandardsforparticularcranetypes.

【摘要】:Thisclassificationcontainspairsofscalesforclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforlocatingthebuildingandfindingthewayinsidethebuilding.Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales,showninFigs.1through6,areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScale(seeFigs.1through6)summarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through6)isatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(seeFigs.1through6)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanningtoestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroupovertime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceabilitybutdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinthisclassificationarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
