【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofinsertionlossofoutdoornoisebarriersintendedtoshieldvariouskindsofnoisesources.Itspecifiesdetailedproceduresforin-situmeasurementofbarrierinsertionlossincludingmicrophonepositions,sourceconditionsandacousticenvironmentsofthemeasurementsites.ThisInternationalStandardallowsonetomeasuretheinsertionlossofagivennoisebarrierinagivensiteandincludinggivenmeteorologicalconditions.Itdoesnotmakeitpossibletocompareinsertionlossvaluesofanequivalentbarrieronadifferentsite.Itcanbeusedforcomparinginsertionlossvaluesofdifferenttypesofbarriersonasamesiteandundergivenmeteorologicalconditionsbythedirectmethod.ThisInternationalStandardgivesamethodfordetermininginsertionloss:a)fromtheleveldifferencebeforeandaftertheinstallationofnoisebarriersandwhenthisisnotpossiblebecauseabarrierhasalreadybeeninstalled,b)usinganindirectmethodtoestimatethesoundpressurelevelsbeforeinstallationofthebarrierbymeasurementatanothersitewhichhasbeenjudgedtobeequivalent.Forequivalentsites,closematchisrequiredinsourcecharacteristics,microphonelocationsterrainprofilesgroundsurfacecharacteristics,surroundingartificialstructuresandmeteorologicalconditions.ThisInternationalStandardprescribesprinciplesforensuringthatsufficientlyequivalentconditionsaremaintainedbetween"before"and"after"casestopermitcertain,reliableandrepeatabledeterminationofbarrierinsertionloss.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcoverthedeterminationoftheintrinsicacousticquantitiesofthebarrier,forexamplethesoundreductionindexandthesoundabsorptioncoefficient.TheequivalentcontinuousA-weightedsoundpressurelevel,theA-weightedsoundexposurelevel,theoctaveorone-third-octavebandsoundpressureleveland/ormaximumsoundpressurelevelareusedasnoisedescriptors.ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedforroutinedeterminationofbarrierperformanceorforengineeringordiagnosticevaluation.Itcanbeusedinsituationswherethebarrieristobeinstalledorhasalreadybeeninstalled.
